1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using SpeakEgo (the “App”), provided by PlayMinima, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of service
SpeakEgo is an AI-powered conversational language tutor. Because artificial intelligence and large language models are dynamic, PlayMinima cannot guarantee that every generated response, audio output, explanation, or correction will be complete or error-free. SpeakEgo is a supplementary learning tool.
3. User accounts
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us of unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and payments
SpeakEgo uses a freemium model. Premium features, such as additional session time and advanced scenarios, may require a subscription.
- Billing: Android subscriptions are managed by Google Play using RevenueCat infrastructure. Apple App Store billing will apply when the iOS version becomes available.
- Renewals and cancellations: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to the store’s requirements. Current Android subscriptions are managed through your Google Play account.
- Free trials: Trial eligibility is currently determined by Google Play. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected subscription may begin automatically.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or private API routes.
- Submit illegal, highly abusive, sexually explicit, or harmful content to the AI services.
- Bypass or exploit usage limits, subscription validation, account controls, or service infrastructure.
6. Intellectual property
SpeakEgo’s code, branding, themes, 3D assets, interface designs, and original localized content are the intellectual property of PlayMinima or its licensors.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayMinima is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the App, unauthorized account access, inaccurate AI output, or third-party service outages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when conduct violates these Terms, harms another person, threatens the Service, or violates applicable law.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which PlayMinima is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
